Azlytix Morning Brief, operated by Thomas Miles, sole proprietor, California, United States.
When its separate enrollment confirmation control is enabled, Azlytix sends one enrollment confirmation after the account holder opts in. Recurring Morning Brief delivery is controlled separately and, when enabled, sends one short text each business morning telling her how many client leads are ready that day and linking to her private dashboard.
The only destination is the mobile number the authenticated salon account owner self-attests she controls and submits during opt-in. No messages are sent to salon clients or to any other consumer. This is an operational alert about the recipient’s own business data. It is not marketing.
Actual messages use one of these three forms, depending on the verified Hot-contact count:

The notification is off by default. The authenticated salon account owner signs in to the private Azlytix owner Brief, self-attests that she controls the destination, enters the same mobile number twice, actively checks an unchecked consent box, and presses the opt-in button. The checkbox is optional and Azlytix remains usable without SMS consent. There is no text-to-join keyword and no public subscription list.
A public review copy of the exact authenticated consent flow and disclosures is available at /sms-opt-in.
At most one enrollment confirmation for each new consent event, and only when the separate enrollment confirmation control is enabled. Recurring delivery is separately controlled and sends at most one message per business morning, Monday through Saturday — up to six recurring messages a week, and no more than about 26 recurring messages a month.
Message and data rates may apply. Azlytix does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you receive and to any reply you send.
Reply STOP to any message from this program. Twilio will send one confirmation and block further provider delivery to that number. You can also sign in to the Azlytix owner Brief and choose Turn texts off, which records a revocation in Azlytix before any later send.
To resume after a STOP, follow the provider’s reply instructions and, if Azlytix consent was revoked, sign in and complete the owner opt-in again. Email us if you need help; support cannot create consent for you.
